The Highlands at Silverdale combines thoughtfully designed apartment homes with resort-style amenities to create an exceptional living experience. Every apartment home features air conditioning, a full-size in-home washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, quartz countertops, designer tile backsplashes and tiled shower surrounds, and ceiling fans in every living room and bedroom. Residents also enjoy private patios or balconies, with additional balcony storage and walk-in pantries available in select homes. Select top-floor apartments feature stunning 20-foot vaulted ceilings, creating an open and spacious feel.

Beyond your front door, you'll find a variety of amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle, including a year-round heated swimming pool and spa, a 24-hour fitness center, resident clubhouse, complimentary coffee bar, conference room with Wi-Fi, pet spa, two off-leash dog parks, playground, beautifully maintained landscaping, and package receiving services. We're also excited to announce that an outdoor fitness area and pickleball court are coming soon.

The Highlands at Silverdale is professionally managed by a dedicated onsite team committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming community. Residents also benefit from our nightly courtesy patrol, FLEX flexible rent payment options that allow qualifying residents to split their monthly rent into smaller payments, and The Guarantors program, which can help qualified applicants meet leasing requirements and make the application process more accessible.

Absolutely! The Highlands at Silverdale proudly welcomes your furry family members. Residents may have up to three pets per apartment home, with breed restrictions applying.

Pet costs are as follows:

• First Pet: $300 refundable deposit, $300 one-time fee, and $35 monthly pet rent.
• Second Pet: $200 refundable deposit, $200 one-time fee, and $35 monthly pet rent.
• Third Pet: $100 refundable deposit, $100 one-time fee, and $35 monthly pet rent.

Your pets will love our two off-leash dog parks, and after a day of play, you can freshen them up in our convenient on-site pet spa.

We currently offer 12-month lease terms. At this time, short-term leases are not available.

To apply, click "Apply Now" at the top of our website. The application fee is $71 per applicant. Applicants must have a monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the rent and complete a credit and background screening.

Yes! Every apartment home includes one reserved parking space for $45/month. Additional reserved parking spaces are available to rent for an additional fee. Guest parking is also available throughout the community.

Utilities are billed separately from rent. Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, and common area gas and electric are billed monthly through the community based on an allocation method. Electricity for your home is billed directly by the utility provider.

The Highlands at Silverdale is not a gated community. However, we have a nightly courtesy patrol that helps monitor the property after hours.

The Highlands at Silverdale is located within the Central Kitsap School District. Nearby schools include Clear Creek Elementary School, CK Middle School, and CK High School. Higher education and childcare options are also nearby, including Olympic College and Kindercare.
